Medicine Department is backbone of any hospital . GMSH – 16 has well equipped department of medicine with two S.M.O and nine M.O’s on regular basis. The department provides secondary level curative services in various field of Cardiology, Nephrology, Diabetology, Rhenmatology, Neurology, Gastroenterology and pulmonary medicine. Department is also imparting post graduate training to DNB(Medicine) Candidates. Department is providing outpatient , Inpatient, Geriatric , Emergency services & Statt Clinic. Department also has seven bedded intensive coronary care unit.
